Detox Recipes

To get you started on a cleansing and detoxing program; here are two recipes to choose from.

Amazing Clean Green Smoothie

½ cucumber, washed and sliced

1 avocado peeled, seeded and cut in chunks

1 cup of spinach or kale (or mix)

½ cup of coconut milk

½ cup of filtered water

Juice of one lime

1-2 Tablespoons of a green powder ( Moringa, Spirulina or commercial blend such as Amazing Greens)

2 tablespoons of a nut butter (optional protein) like almond, cashew or peanut butter.

Combine all in the blender, blend well and drink.

Optional add ins: Black cumin seed oil, Pumpkin seed oil, or lemon essential oil.

 

Frankincense and Lavender Body Lotion

¼ cup of Olive oil

¼ cup of Shea butter

2 tablespoons of Hemp oil

15 drops of Frankincense essential oil

15 drops of Lavender essential oil

Mix first three oils first, and then blend essential oils with a small blender. Store in a glass bottle and in a cool place.

Frankincense helps eliminate phlegm, clears lungs and sinus, improves circulation, boosts the immune system and reduces skin scars, wrinkles and stretch marks.

Lavender relieves stress and anxiety. It helps skin sensitivity and inflammation.

Rub this lotion daily to help the body stay healthy and free of impurities.
