Vitamin E is a nutrient and an antioxidant; it fights free radicals, which are a part of the aging process.

Free radicals are a by- product of the process of living, they are unstable molecules; they cause damage to your normal cells. This contributes to cancer and many types of diseases.

Smoking, air pollution and ultraviolet rays from the sun can deplete your body’s stores of Vitamin E.
