Some of these symptoms can be genetic but most are from nutritional deficiencies or even auto immune diseases.

Hair loss diseases include alopecia which cases patches of hair loss and it can affect the hair follicles such that you could even become bald. Some of these can cause anything from dandruff to nail fungus to peeling and bleeding skin.

Let’s talk about some of the supplements that can help these symptoms. Many of these products can be combined nutrients that will ease your pain, discomfort or embarrassing problem.

  1. Vitamin A helps develop strong bone cells, a major factor for the health of skin, hair and teeth.
  2. Folic Acid essential for cell division and growth of healthy cells
  3. Biotin, a B complex, is needed to metabolize amino acids and essential fatty acids and form antibodies. Supplements show improvement in controlling hair loss, dandruff, dermatitis, eczema and seborrhea.
  4. Vitamin C is essential for new collagen formation which can help skin stay and look healthy.
  5. Vitamin D works with Vitamin A to utilize calcium and phosphorous for healthy bone. A deficiency can cause psoriasis.
  6. Vitamin E slows down cellular aging, improves skin tone and texture. It controls alopecia and dandruff.
  7. Thiamin, vitamin B1, supports the nervous and immune system. A deficiency results in chronic fatigue, insomnia and poor memory.
  8. Riboflavin, vitamin B2, needed for energy, fat and carb metabolism. It benefits vision and healthy skin.
  9. Niacin, or vitamin B3, promotes healthy skin and nerves. B6 promotes beautiful skin and is an anti-aging factor. Vitamin B12 is anti-inflammatory and helps with calcium absorption.
  10. Pantothenic acid, vitamin B5, fights infections and inhibits hair loss.

Minerals are also important and if deficient can cause problems with hair, skin or nails.

Iodine is the key to good thyroid and metabolism function. Magnesium is important for everything; bone, nerves, muscle, blood vessel strength and even more. It counteracts stress and depression. Zinc is essential for insulin, immune, glandular, sexual and reproductive health. It accelerates healing. Selenium is a powerful antioxidant, protects from abnormal cell growth and heavy metal toxins. It enhances skin elasticity.

Inositol is part of the B complex. Deficiencies are related to hair loss; eye defects and slows human growth.  PABA has sun screening abilities; it is used for vetiligo (skin depigmentation). RNA, is a nucleic acid, it helps regulate gene expression. It helps with aging and attacks on the immune system.

Rutin is a plant pigment, high in antioxidants and assists the body to make collagen. Citrus bioflavonoids are part of the C complex; it prevents hardening of the arteries, and capillary vein strength. It protects connective tissue, helps with skin inflammation and irritation, bruising and even mouth herpes.

End Results: You will see more significant hair growth, with great body, and youthful vitality. Your nails will grow faster and thicker. Your skin will become smooth, wrinkle free and blemish free.

For each health issue there may be different rates of improvement.  It may take anywhere from 1 to 3 months or more before you see healthy changes.
